Metamorphoshift (VR and NonVR)

VRJam16 created a thrilling game experience by Alex Coulombe, Max Dumas, and Dan King. The objective of the game is to move around and indulge in food while steering clear of enemy bugs.

The game has three stages that are LARVAZOR, VIONYMPH, and KINEMOTH. In LARVAZOR, you have to keep track of Kinemoths and attack them. Dead Kinemoths' wings serve as your food. You need to avoid flying Kinemoths, or they will attack you. With each wing you consume, your speed boosts, and you evolve into stage two, that is, VIONYMPH.

In VIONYMPH, you get to jump on walls, floors, and even Kinemoths. You have a reticle, indicating the range. The red means that it is too far away while green means you can jump there. Your enemy is the backs of the larva, which hurt your feet. To succeed, you need to eat Kinemoths and climb trees within reach to improve your reach and evolve into stage three, that is, KINEMOTH.

KINEMOTH is the stage where you get to fly around and relish in feeding on Larvazors on the ground. You get to see them flee from your majesty. But you must keep watch of Vionymphs snatching at you. The objective in this last phase is to become powerful enough to push through the grate in the roof and escape to the outside world.

The game has many features to toggle between VR/non-VR mode, tilt a flip phone upside down, and momentarily tilt it to the right to evolve. These features make the game even more interesting.
