The most "insane" and deep mystery adventure unfolds in the massive underground world known as the "Asylum", where a young man with amnesia must unravel all the mysteries that surround it. The world is plagued by a difficult-to-treat disease known as "Randolph Syndrome", and its alleged cause is the massive underground world in Antarctica, the "Asylum". There, large interests come into play, such as "unknown biological resources" and "hints for solving the difficult-to-treat disease", and a variety of motives intersect among several multinational corporations, private military companies, and the underground world's indigenous people. The main character, Wu, awakens in a sanitarium in the underground world and sees that everyone except him has been brutally murdered, leaving him as the sole survivor. To uncover all the secrets, a young man with amnesia embarks on a mystery adventure. The game contains a battle system of single-player RPG adventure through the vast underground world, with real-time, skill-based battles, and an auto and high-speed function that makes it easy to play. The "Deep Insanity" project is a media mix project that depicts the same world view through three perspectives: TV anime, manga, and games. Heroes from each media and unique characters challenge the common mystery of the massive underground world and "Randolph Syndrome". The game features a cast that includes Yuichiro Umehara, Naomi Ozora, Hiroko Kiso, Hina Kino, Ami Koshimizu, Yoshimi Koshimizu, Rikiya Koyama, Takako Tanaka, Miu Toma, Manami Numakura, Ruriko Nakaguchi, Yuya Hirose, Emi Bridcutt Sailor, Kaede Hondo, and Yasuhiro Mamiya, among others. The main scenario is written by Makoto Fukami (PSYCHO-PASS/ Magical Girl Spec-Ops Asuka) and Nishiki Kaihō (School-Live!/ When They Cry). The main character designs are created by Taiki, Konomi Koike, and Yamax2, while the music is composed by Mirai Kodai Gakudan. "Madoromi" is the theme song performed by Kanata Amane and Toa Tokoyami.
