The fabled tale of three brothers who once discovered a concealed cluster of gold in the heart of the New Mexico desert still lingers to this day. However, the location of the mine has evaded treasure hunters for over a century. Eager for adventure and a break from the mundane, you book a flight to the historic desert land. Upon reaching your destination, you begin scouring the arid terrain for signs of the elusive mine. It is not long before you realize that you are not the only one vying for the riches. Your attempt at securing the treasure is cut short when you are apprehended and locked up in a nearby jail. Whether the jail is currently operational or has long since been abandoned, you know that the gold must be close. You need to put your wits to the test, conquer the puzzles in your path, and break free from the jail to find the lost gold. DORADO is a first-person, point-and-click puzzle adventure game reminiscent of those you may have played in the 90s or virtual escape rooms. Gameplay is simple, with the exploration of the world and an inventory panel to collect, combine, and use found objects in puzzle-solving. Take in your surroundings, explore your environment, and collect hidden objects to piece together your escape plan and set out on a journey towards the lost treasure of Dorado. Each puzzle in DORADO has a logical solution, giving you the freedom to tackle them in any order you please.
