Each unit has a unique set of attacks, fire ranges, and defense points, which is influenced by ground types. When an enemy unit is killed, the unit responsible for the kill gains experience, attack, and defense points while also recovering all life points. When an enemy unit is attacked from the side or back, it is heavily damaged, considering zero defense points. A unit that is attacked and damaged in an attack cannot move again in the same turn. When a unit is severely wounded, it causes panic damage to other nearby units. The units located near the home location get some healing points for each turn.
