Captain Temporium

Captain Temporium is an action-packed , quick and fierce shoot'em up game, which will take you back in time where you'll have to fight against an evil empire that has invaded our contemporary history and corrupted the course of time by seizing our technological advancements, starting with flight. Join the temporal Air Force with Captain Temporium who is the only surviving pilot left and the only hope of saving our past and future. The game is set in different time zones starting from the early 20th century and moving toward the future, where you'll face your enemies in the skies. You are the only one with the power to stop the endless onslaught and restore the timeline of history. You must be smart and strategic with your weaponry since the gun may overheat suddenly and needs to cool for a while before it can resume fire. With Shield mode, you will need to be careful not to run out of the shield energy. You must also collect parachutes carefully, as they can give you different enhancements such as new shield energy, weapon upgrades, cooling boosters, bonus lives or scores, and fuel. Use the Afterburner ability to put distance between you and the enemies or to pick up a parachute before time runs out. Be wary of the enemy who might be hiding in the clouds, try not to run into them, keep a sharp lookout, especially since the fog will grow thicker in higher levels, reducing and impacting your visibility. The game allows you to ram your enemies with your shields, but use it only when you still have plenty of shield energy available, and bear in mind that different enemies require different numbers of hits, while some fire missiles directly at you. Boss fights are enormous, and it takes tremendous effort and several hits to defeat them. Take advantage of slow levels in the beginning to stock up on parachutes as the number of enemies and overall speed of the game increases with each new level. The AI vs AI battles occur in real-time, and keeping the main menu open can improve and sharpen your skills, have fun while learning how the AI plays the game.
