In this captivating game, players take on the persona of brave Ed and must work to survive in a multitude of different environments across the globe. These environments include the treacherous Thailand Jungle, the remote Philippine Island and the vast African Plain, amongst others. Despite all odds being stacked against him, Ed proves to be remarkably resilient and is able to navigate through these harsh landscapes to emerge victorious at the end. The game features an incredibly vast area in every scene, affording players the chance to set up camp wherever they like, light a fire and even lay traps to catch animals for food. Ed must also gather materials for survival, such as containers to hold water for when it rains, and torches to light his way in the dark of night. In addition to the main gameplay, players can take on two secret missions in each scene, which are only accessible through specific conditions and provide rewards upon completion. Catching and hunting in the game is a skilled work that requires the use of different throwing tools, including stones, bamboo forks, and bows and arrows. The game features a range of prey, such as rabbits on the grassland and fish in ponds, which require varying techniques to catch. As players progress, they are gradually faced with new challenges, one of which is dealing with large, dangerous animals, including wolves in Thailand Jungle, hyenas on African Grassland, and crocodiles in the Marshlands. To survive these encounters, players can use throwing tools to hit them, but in the absence of these, it's best to run as fast as possible. Finally, as in real life, food proves a major temptation, and the player must learn to cook using a range of collected ingredients, with dishes becoming increasingly important as the game progresses. This is a game that promises excitement, challenges, and rewards at every turn.
