Chicken Invaders 4

I can vividly recollect the day of the attack. The memories still linger in me like hot wings doused with spices.

The invasion was unanticipated. The air was filled with their cacophonic squawks, their ruffled plumes undermining the sun. The interstellar poultry had descended, seeking vengeance against mankind for being oppressive towards their earthly brethren.

I was aware of what needed to be done. Abandoning my half-eaten chicken sandwich, I commandeered my cockpit. I selected the "extra crispy" option on my laser and took off towards the invaders.

The task was daunting. Squawking, feathers in disarray, the stench of smoldering chicken invaded my senses. They tried to invade us three times, each with more nefarious schemes than the previous one. However, I managed to repel them on all occasions and ensured the continued reign of humanity on this planet.

After their final retreat, I strode to my local Space Burger to bask in the glory of my latest triumph. Rejoicing at the victory, I sat down to relish in a double chicken burger with crispy chicken wings on the side.

Alas! I was oblivious to the fact that my grandest adventure was yet to come...
