Approximately 15,000 people fall victim to landmines every year, 80% of which are civilians, and children are the most affected age group. Shockingly, these casualties often take place during peaceful times. Here are some key features of the game: -Save the world from landmines by uncovering bombs -Easy to control and play -The smoothest, fastest interface of any Mines game -Pinch to Zoom feature -First tap luck -Flag mode that helps you mark tiles you believe are bombs, quickly. -177 countries available for hours of fun (Countries and number of bombs don't necessarily have any meaning) -Variety of map sizes and shapes to mix things up. In the game, the primary objective is to clear a country map filled with hidden bombs or mines without setting any of them off. The player gets assistance in the form of clues about the number of neighboring mines in each field. The game starts with a world map, and you can choose a specific country to play by touching that country on the world map. To play, reveal squares of the grid by touching each square carefully. A square with a mine is a dead end, and the game ends. If no mine is revealed, a digit appears on the square indicating the number of adjacent squares containing mines. A blank square appears if no mines are nearby, and all adjacent squares get recursively revealed. The player uses this information to deduce the contents of other squares and, depending on the guess, can reveal a square or mark it as a mine without revealing it.
