Run! is a free-to-download game which is not mandatory to purchase any in-application items like Save Me Hearts. Although, Save Me Hearts can be acquired through in-app purchases. You can turn off the payment feature by disabling in-app purchases on your device. In-game bubbles can be collected, or can be bought without any additional cost. The bubbles can be used to purchase exclusive costumes that enhance your multiplier, upgrades to power-ups, Save Me Hearts or Lucky Chests.
